People who want postcards from afar:
1. Tell me so.
2. Send me the correct address.

Also, since there will be a lot of time with only pencil and paper and my brain to entertain me, now would be a good time to request one of those long, introspective brain dissections I love so much, if there's any particular topic you'd like me to wax long and introspective about. You won't get to see it for a while, but I should have plenty of good drafting and editing time, so it would be nice to have good ideas to draft and edit.

I'm never sure what Brooks has or hasn't said. But I should probably assume he hasn't said anything. I'd love postcards. I'll send along the official address later in e-mail.

I'll also try to come up with interesting topics, though that's harder.

Don't mind me for piping up, but your icon made me smile - and then wince, when I considered the spine. :)

*grins* It's a copy of Homer's Iliad translated by Fitzgerald, that I first picked up (second hand) for a class back in college in (ponders) 1997. I've since read it many, many times, and in this case was transcribing portions of it for a paper comparing it to another translation.

The spine was....well used long before the picture was taken.

Hmmm.... Optimal care and feeding of an introvert? :)

I like postcards. I like CJ's topic.

Fin.

Sure. Poctsards to Vicki Rosenzweig, 33 Indian Road, 6-R, New York, NY 10034 USA (that's in the phone book and the whois directory, so don't worry about people seeing it).

Introspection: you could continue on the butch vs femme, and the aspects of all that.

Yes please!

What's a good e-mail address to send my snail mail address to?

tiger_spot@mapache.org (but be quick about it! :) )
