This morning, I made eggs. I usually add a splash of milk when I make scrambled eggs or any of the slight variations on omelettes/frittatas/"scrambled eggs with stuff" that I do, but we were out of milk. We had plain yogurt, though, so I added some of that, and it worked great! Very fluffy tasty eggs. I shall use yogurt preferentially in the future.
